Diana Black is a West Virginia artist, originally hailing from Buckhannon, but currently living in Morgantown. The call to create has been ever-present in her life, and she hopes to continue tending that spark and its variable manifestations. Diana usually draws inspiration from the woods and wild places to create imagery that honors the spirit of the natural world. She specializes in both watercolor painting and relief printing, using these mediums to accomplish different but complementary goals in her craft. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her hiking, tending the garden, and napping with her cat.
