Make & Take Mandala

A mandala contains geometric patterns that are often used for meditation. Using a simple layout of concentric circles, you will learn to let the stress go as you unwind and create these beautiful designs. Discover the process of creating mandalas and you may even come up with your own designs, or use this example to practice the technique.
